Wedding Ring Workshops at Cross Street
Come to this friendly studio in the heart of Brighton & Hove to design and make your very own Wedding Rings. Spend a wonderful day crafting metal into beautiful wedding bands that you will exchange on your big day and then wear forever.
The Wedding Ring Package is £390 and includes
1. Initial meeting in the studio to take ring sizes, discuss design ideas and to see a selection of ring styles and chat about how your day in the studio will work. If you live too far away to attend an initial meeting then we can do it all via email.
2. Private tuition for the day in the jewellery teaching studio.
3. A cd of photos of your day in the studio making your rings, just in case no one believes you made them!
4. Hallmarking of your rings
The cost of materials is not included in the package as every couple has different requirements but you will recieve a quote of metal costs after initial meeting and this meeting takes place before you are commited to paying the £390 fee. Unlike wedding ring workshops at other venues, here at Cross Street you will pay trade price for your metal and will receive a copy of bullion dealers receipt.
Rings can be made in yellow, white and rose gold, silver or Palladium. Cross Street can now offer couples Ecogold and Ecosilver as options, these metals are 100% recycled and are a true greener alternative.
Once you decide you'd like to make your rings with us and you'd like to book a date for the workshop, then payment of workshop must be made in full, dates cannot be saved without payment.
Your tutor is Laila Smith a trained jewellery tutor with 20 years teaching experience and a few decades spent with a hammer in her hand making jewellery! The studio is a fully equipped jewellery workshop with all the tools needed to make a beautiful pair of rings to your chosen design.
